How does it Work?

Simple, register with Site Quote and simply put some credits on to your account. You will then be emailed when new qualified leads come in. You only pay for what you want when you want it.

Is there a minimum term or contract?

No is the simple answer. Site Quote is pay-per-lead service, you can use it as often or as little as you like.

How quickly can I start receiving leads?

Straight away, just register with the site, buy some credits and away you go. It’s that simple.

How do I know the leads are genuine?

As soon as a lead is received, our Customer Services team call the enquirer to verify the lead is genuine before passing on to our customers. They ask the enquirer a number of questions targeted at the category that the lead relates to and provide as much information as possible when sending through the validated leads. We aim to send validated leads on to customers as quickly as possible. The majority of our leads are forwarded on within 1 hour of being received.

Who will get the leads?

All our leads work on a first-come first-serve basis, and are only ever sent to 6 companies, although you may wish to purchase exclusivity of the lead, which is how our star system works.

What is the star system?

All leads are given six stars, which means no more than six companies will ever receive the lead. Although you may wish to purchase more stars to get exclusivity of the lead.

How much does it cost?

Each lead is charged based on its merits. For example a small brochure site would only be 18 credits, where as a full ecommerce based site would be around 25 credits.

How often do the leads come in?

We get leads every day however some are not always genuine, but most of the time we get several leads every day.

Can I get a refund on credits not used?

We do not offer refunds of credits.

What is the quality of the leads like?

All our leads are of the highest quality possible; our marketing is targeted directly for the services people are looking for. The leads are then qualified by our team and strive to deliver as much information from the client as possible, making you job that little bit easier.

Can I get a refund for a poor lead?

We do not give a refund based on the quality of individual leads. An invalid lead is one that is not genuine. We will refund your credits in any of the following circumstances:

  1.  Duplicates: you receive duplicate leads from the same organisation
  2.  Not contactable: You are unable to make contact with the lead as neither the email address or telephone number is valid
  3.  False lead: You find that the enquirer has no knowledge of submitting the enquiry

There should be no need to dispute a lead for reasons 2. or 3. as we call and validate every lead, but we allow for the event just in case. You can apply for a refund for an invalid lead by emailing info@sitequote.co.uk and write "dispute" in the subject. Include details of the lead. If you wish to dispute a lead it must be done within 7 days of purchase. Once this claim has been verified by our customer service staff a refund will be applied to your account.
