By using our website and services you agree that you are resident in the UK and that the following terms and conditions are applicable.

These terms and conditions may change and we will inform you via email, should this occur.

If you are a buyer

If you submit your details to us, the following applies:

•  We may contact you to confirm information before making your project information available to our suppliers.
•  By submitting your information, you agree that your project information and/or your personal details can be shared with our trusted third-parties (our suppliers).

You are responsible for engaging with a supplier to have your project completed. Our recommendations are just that, recommendations. You agree that we have no responsibility in your engagement with any supplier, either recommended by us or otherwise.

If you are a supplier

If you purchase leads from us, the following applies:

Leads

We supply leads to you on the understanding that:

•  You will be courteous and professional when contacting any buyer;
•  You will identify in your initial communication that you have gained the buyers details from Site Quote.
•  Each lead is not a guarantee of business. You must contact and quote for the project, and you may not be successful.

We cannot offer refunds of credits for leads that you are unable to close.

Account Acceptance

Site Quote has the right to decline membership to the site to any companies it deems unfit to qualify for whatever reason.

Account Removal

We reserve the right to remove any supplier's account that in our opinion breaches these terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to keep the reason confidential to us.

Credits

We cannot refund purchased credits for any reason.
